Unlock better energy terms - and help support charities across the UK. Don't Miss the Next National Charity Tender , opening 6 July 26.
CSC Buying Group members, have exclusive access to Utility Aid's National Charity Tender (NCT) a collective energy purchasing scheme created specifically for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
The next tender basket opens 6 July 2026 and provides an opportunity to benefit from the combined buying power of hundreds of charities purchasing energy together. By joining the NCT, your organisation gains a stronger negotiating position with energy suppliers, helping to secure more competitive prices, improved contract terms, and higher service standards than are often available when buying alone.
If you've been wondering whether the National Charity Tender is right for your organisation, the easiest way to find out is by speaking with one of Utility Aid's specialist energy advisers.
A short, no-obligation conversation will explain:
· How the National Charity Tender works
· Which organisations benefit most
· The types of savings charities typically achieve
· What opportunities are available based on your organisation's current energy arrangements
The tender window runs from 6 July to 21 August 2026, and speaking to an adviser early gives you the greatest opportunity to explore your options and prepare for the tender.
Take advantage of this CSCBG member benefit and discover how collective purchasing could help reduce your energy costs while simplifying your procurement process.

The impact of the NCT goes beyond energy savings.
For every meter signed up to the National Charity Tender, energy suppliers donate £10, which is matched pound-for-pound by Utility Aid creating a £20 per meter community fund. This fund supports small, practical projects that make a real difference in local communities and is available exclusively to NCT members.
