History, Background and Vision
Christian Supply Chain Buying Group (CSCBG) was specifically setup to support Christian and charitable organizations to save time, money and resource on everyday purchases so they can can release funds into their God given ministry.
We believe God calls us to be good stewards of our resources and through using the principles of Economies of Scale across our Christian member base we negotiate improved pricing and discounts through our recommended suppliers. Some of these suppliers are Christian but all must align with our Christian ethos and approach.
CSCBG has been operating in the UK since 2014 and is a serving ministry of Christian Camping International UK Ltd (CCI UK Ltd) a non-denominational organisation ministering in the UK and the wider CCI Global family. It is linked internationally with CSCBG Australia and CSCBG NZ. The brand CSCBG originated with NZ in 2003 and has a long history of providing discounts and purchasing benefits to its member base and has worked toward enabling the Global CCI family to benefit from their success.
Any profits generated by CSCBG UK are given to CCI to support their work in residential Christian ministries with specific focus on establishing sufficient funds so that more lives can be impacted by the gospel

- For adults/families to go on a Christian holiday or attend conferences or retreats For example £3,000 provides 4 nights catered activity for 30
Provide 'matched' grant funding for CCI members wanting to develop their amenities and sites

Meet some of the Team
Steve Hallett - Commercial Director
After more than 25 years of working in the Office Products industry I felt God asking me to take the sales, marketing and business experience I had built up over that time in to this role at Christian Supply Chain Buying Group (CSCBG). I understand the challenges many of our members face in constantly having to manage costs while ensuring effective use of resources. In discussions with members I see how my commercial knowledge and Christian faith combine to create the right solution that generates significant financial benefit and encouragement to their ministry. I have had conversations with many of our Christian members who share how God has provided in so many ways and the blessing they have received from working with us at CCI and CSCBG.
Ally Shefford - Business Development
I have come from a background in sales, having worked for a stationery company and a hygiene cleaning company for many years. I am excited to have joined the CSCBG team after a career break to raise a family. I have volunteered in many areas of church life, from children's ministry, prayer ministry, running a life group and of course more importantly making tea. I have a passion for building God's kingdom, and have great satisfaction in seeing God's people and plans flourish and bear fruit, which comes, I'm sure from a love of gardening.
I am really looking forward to working with Christian organisations to help them reduce their operational costs and put that extra revenue back in to their ministry.
Richard Chatham - Business Development
After a career in sales and marketing and travelling extensively in both export and UK markets I am delighted to have joined CSCBG. As churchwarden of our small village church I am involved with many aspects of building up our church life-be it parish visiting, reading, cleaning or (yes) fundraising so I understand the financial pressures of small charities. I am really pleased to be serving Christian organisations to lower their costs, maximise their time and thereby enable them to optimise their money and talents for their ministry. I enjoy church music, sport, fell walking and gardening.
