They look after everything from attracting customers into the app and developing new digital propositions, through to driving engagement and continuing to evolve our Sprint delivery proposition.
It's a team that's grown significantly over the last few years, and with that growth has come bigger ideas, new capabilities and even bigger ambitions.
What stands out most to me isn't just what they do, but how they do it. Everyone brings a different perspective and area of knowledge, but there's a shared focus on improving the experience for customers and finding better ways of doing things.
Whether they're driving app acquisition, developing new propositions, optimising the customer journey, managing digital trading or looking at how we can make Sprint even better for customers, there's a genuine energy around what they're building.
So here's a shoutout to the people behind one of our most important digital channels, making the complex feel oh-so-simple for our customers!
