We feel it is really important for us as an ethical energy broker to assure our customers that this is not a reflection of us as an organisation. We are truly disgusted to read these articles and hope that we are not tarred with the same brush as these parasites. Our transparency as an organisation has earned us respect and allowed us to retain our customers for many years. We do not profess to be the cheapest energy broker but we are transparent and as such disclose how much commission we charge directly to our customers whilst providing award-winning customer service.
Our aftercare is a huge selling point as we do not simply procure energy contracts for our customers, only getting back in touch when they next need to sign. We validate their invoices and manage their accounts to take the pain out of energy management, reclaiming any overcharges throughout their entire contract which will go straight back into our customer's pockets. We take all complaints seriously and invite any customers who are left unsatisfied, even after their complaint is handled in-house, to contact the ombudsman services should they wish to escalate. We are thrilled to disclose that we have only had one complaint escalated to the Ombudsman and we won this case.
